I am looking for either Male or female (no party animals!) who are down to earth, clean and must like cats and share cleaning of the house. I have 2 well behaved cats who come and go as they please and are no bother. I am rarely around so perfect for someone who likes their own space however I do not want my house turned into a doss house - free for all! I am happy for the individual to have a friend over every now and then for dinner or to stay but If you are looking for somewhere where you can entertain your friends every night then this will not be the house for you. I know I may sound fussy but having had a few bad experiences I just want to make sure I get the right person in! I am easy going and would love to live with male or female who had interests outside of work like me and was relaxed. Garden so you can sit outside in the summer too, loads of parking and close to the M3 so easily reach M25/London/Gatwick/Heathrow.
